In March, the HRCA assumed the responsibility, in accordance with the Community Declaration for Commercial Covenant Control and the review of Minor Amendments to Site Improvement Plans to the HRCA. The Board of Directors appointed a Commercial Review Committee (CRC) at their June 15 meeting. HRCA staff and the CRC work hand in hand with the business community to maintain high standards for the appearance of Commercial areas in Highlands Ranch.
