Personal Training

Personal Training for Seniors (ages 55 and up)
Exercise programs designed to meet your personal needs for joint mobility, range of motion, and overall fitness. Programs include cardiovascular, strength, flexibility, and weight management work. The cost for these 40 minute classes is $40.
