Senior Fitness

HRCA Seniors are those individuals age 55 and older. The HRCA Drop In Fitness, Mind-Body, Indoor Cycling, and Aquatic Fitness Programs allow Seniors to choose  classes to fit their schedule.

The HRCA Drop In Fitness, Mind-Body, Indoor Cycling, and Aquatic Fitness Program inspires senior fitness with fun, safe and innovative instruction. Certified Fitness Instructors understand the needs of seniors teach a variety of classes.


2011 Aquatic Fitness Fall Schedule
Aquatic Fitness serves as a great addition to any fitness regime. It offers a workout that is less stressful on the joints, while burning calories in a shorter time period due to the resistance of the water.
