Wellness Services encompass those amenities that go beyond traditional facility services. Nutrition, acupuncture, and foot care will help promote a sense of well being for your family! The Wellness staff members are certified and well qualified to meet your needs.

Acupuncture (ages 14 and up)
Acupuncture promotes the body's ability to heal. Treated conditions common to acupuncture include headaches/migraine, stress/tension, fatigue, neck, shoulder, back pain and other ailments. The HRCA has a highly experienced and licensed acupuncturist who is certified by the National Commission of the Certification of Acupuncturists (NCCA).

Acupuncture is open to both members and program guests for $60/session. Program guests need to sign in at the front desk of the facility when they arrive. Participants 14-18 years of age must have a parent/guardian present in the room during treatment. Note: cancellation notice of less than 24 hours will result in a charge for the session.

Foot Care Available at Southridge & Westridge (Ages 18+)
A registered nurse will trim toenails, corns, and calluses. Improve mobility, promote health, and gain comfort. Payment for foot care is made to the HRCA. $22
