PARTIES FOR KIDS

Let our professional staff take the worries out of your child's next birthday party. Birthday Party Packages include: party host, set up,clean up, party-specific activities, room rental, cake, drinks, and paper products.

All Birthday Party Packages are $185 Member; $214 Program Guest unless otherwise noted below.

Required: All reservations must be made in person no earlier than 60 days in advance and no later than 14 days in advance. Payment must be paid in full and a completed HRCA Party Reservation Form submitted at the time of reservation. A non-refundable fee of $50 will be applied for cancelations.

⁴ The Recreation Center at Eastridge offers pool parties for $114 Members; $148 Program Guest for nine children or less. The request for a small party must be done at the time of the initial booking. Customized Kids Parties
We customize many of our classes or workshops for private parties! Customized parties include: party host, set up & clean up, art or ceramics project, room rental, cake, drinks, and paper products. Call 303-471-8853 for details.

NEW! Adventure Quest Parties

Adventure Quest
Be the Hero of a Mythic Quest! Since 1995, Renaissance Adventures has offered Adventure Quest, an active, outdoor, Renaissance-themed theater game. The participants are the heroes of an incredibly fun and dynamic quest, working together in a mythical and magical world to overcome interesting challenges, solve mystifying riddles, brainstorm unique solutions to puzzling dilemmas, and swashbuckle with foes using safe foam swords.

Member $160, Program Guess $208 for 1.5 hours; or $200 for two hours for a group of six participants. Member $90, Program Guest $117 per additional six participants.

Hero Games
An exciting feat of heroism, of swashbuckling, and of negotiation! The brave heroes have been mustered to accomplish the unthinkable: defeat the dread ice dragon! This and other goal-oriented games await the children in an active, outdoor activity. Children work together as a team in a non-competitive story game as they swashbuckle against foes and emerge the heroes of a great quest.

Member $120, Program Guest $156 per hour for 10 participants. Member $75, Program Guest $98 per additional 10 participants.

Swasher Games
A team-oriented swashbuckling experience! This active series of team games will put the party goers' swashbuckling skills to work! Children and guests wield one of our safe, foam Swasher swords and axes to duel against each other in fun, structured games, designed to allow children to explore sword dueling in a safe, constructive atmosphere.

Member $120, Program Guest $156 per hour for 20 participants. Member $75, Program Guest $98 per additional 20 participants.
 

PARTIES FOR ADULTS

Creative Art Parties
Plan your next party, birthday, family get-together, or parents' night out in one of our art studios for a customized class or project. Call 303-471-8853 for details.

Some creative project ideas:

• Ceramics - Glaze and decorate a handmade ceramic wine goblet, coffee mug, or bowl
• Clay - Hand-build a clay lantern or candle holder
• Mosaic - Create a personalized mosaic

Cooking Parties

Backcountry Parties
New for 2011!

Customized Hay Wagon Ride Tour

• Take a beautiful scenic tour by hay wagon into the wildlife sanctuary of the Backcountry Wilderness Area (pulled by a pick up truck)
• One hour ride/tour - $90.00 (Limit of 15 people); Two hour ride/tour - $175.00 (Limit of 15 people)
  Each additional half hour - $35.00

General Vehicle Tour

$50/hour per vehicle (Max of 4 people per vehicle, 2 vehicles available)

Elk Photo Hunt

$150 for 3 hours (Limited to the month of September and first week of October)

Customize your own Backcountry Party*

* Please be aware that there will be NO bathroom facilities where these parties will be held so please have your participants use to the restroom before they start the activity. We understand that when nature calls, some children have no choice but to answer so we will have supplies available for those emergencies.

DJ Parties
