HRCA and Adrenaline Gymnastics offer a full spectrum of gymnastics classes. From beginner to elite level athletes, we offer
a wide variety of programs suited for all ages and abilities. Our programs are designed to teach proper techniques and enhance the athlete’s strength, flexibility, coordination, concentration, self confidence, work ethic and social skills required for continued success in gymnastics and beyond.

Online registration through HRCA is unavailable. Please contact Adrenaline directly to register. Registration is accepted anytime during the session. Recreational gymnastics classes and tuition are monthly based, and there is an annual registration fee.

Tumbling - The Early Years
Children develop their large motor skills, coordination, balance, and flexibility, as well as learn to take instructions, move with music, play in groups, and more.
What to Wear
Dress children in comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. Jeans restrict movement and tights tend to make children slip. Bare feet and ponytails are encouraged.
Wee Little One Tumblers (ages 3 mos-12 mos)
Moms and babies will love to come together to perform some active and healthy activities while meeting new friends.

Dynamic, developmentally structured, yet flexible parent/child program that provides opportunities for fun and learning. Activities encourage muscle strengthening, coordination, and balance.

Little Partners/ Big Partners (ages 18-30 mos)
Children are challenged creatively, physically, and socially through music, movement, and basic motor development while engaged in activities such as crawling, climbing, balancing, tumbling, and more. Parents are required to join on the fun with their toddler.

Side-by-Side (ages 2½-3½)
The activities and skills are similar to the Partners classes. Toward the end of the session, parents are encouraged to step back to prepare their child for the next level.

Tumbling
Tumbling (ages 3½-5)
Activities include musical warm-up and motor development to increase strength, coordination, and balance as well as to learn how to listen and follow directions. Parents do not attend this class.

Advanced Tumbling (ages 4-5)
This class is for children with previous tumbling experience who show interest in taking gymnastics classes and would like to expand their knowledge in the sport, learn more challenging skills, and listening tasks.

Activities include trampoline, balance beam, rings, and bar as an introduction to basic gymnastic skills.
