Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a martial art, combat sport, and a form of self-defense that focuses on grappling and especially ground fighting. Easton Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu offers the most effective programs for all ages. The Easton Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Kids and Youth Programs build confidence and self-esteem in students so they can overcome challenges and obstacles they face in life. A unique atmosphere that stresses fitness coupled with self-control is built within this program.
Little Tigers
The HRCA Easton Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Little Tigers Program is for ages 3 ½ -6 and classes are held Saturdays and Sundays at the Recreation Center at Southridge. This program is designed to be fun, safe, and effective.
Tigers
For ages 7-13, the Easton Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Tigers program teaches leadership, sportsmanship and conflict resolution skills. Classes are held on Saturday and Sunday at the Recreation Center at Southridge.
Fundamentals of Jiu-Jitsu
The Fundamentals of Jiu-Jitsu Program is for ages 14 to adult, and provides fitness as well as providing a safe environment for learning this martial art form. Class are held at the Recreation Center at Southridge on Saturday and Sunday.
