What is the schedule for The ZONE?

Southridge: (45 minute Full body, circuit-style, HIIT classes)

Monday 6:15 a.m., 5:15 & 6:15 p.m.
Tuesday 6:15 a.m., 5:15 & 6:15 p.m.
Wednesday 5:15 & 6:15 a.m., 5:15 p.m.
Thursday 6:15 a.m., 5:15  & 6:15 p.m.
Friday 5:15 & 6:15 a.m.
Saturday 6:15 a.m.

Westridge: (45 minute HIIT classes incorporating both cardio and strength)

Monday - The ZONE TRX 5:15 a.m.
Tuesday - The ZONE Cycle and Strength 11:15 a.m.
Thursday - The ZONE Cycle and Strength 11:15 a.m.
