Can I extend or freeze my ZONE pass?

No. There are no extensions or freezes allowed for ZONE passes.

Out of town or going on vacation?

Purchase an 8 class pass which allows 60 days to use 8 classes.
If on auto-renew, you may cancel auto-renew with 10 day written notice (see above) for that month and repurchase after you come back from vacation.

Injury or illness?

Depending on the circumstance, we may allow extensions or freezes with a valid doctor’s note, but it is not guaranteed. Contact Hannah Yeager at [email protected] or 303-471-7044 to discuss options.
