Don’t let the cold scare you. Winter goes by a lot faster if you get out and enjoy it. Winter is a great time for wildlife viewing in the Backcountry; elk are herded up, coyotes are on the prowl, and if we’re lucky there will be nice snow cover which just adds to the beauty of the Backcountry. We’ll stop in a secluded spot to warm up by the fire with some hot cocoa and marshmallows. This is a great way to see and learn about the Backcountry. You’ll be amazed at what you have in your backyard! Please dress warm! Drinks and Snacks allowed
