Community Room

The Development Review Committee (DRC) is an advisory committee to the HRCA Board of Directors that reviews development plans in Highlands Ranch and areas adjacent to the community. Comments relating to the proposed development, with suggestions and recommendations, are submitted by the HRCA to Douglas County.

All HRCA Committee Meetings are open to our Members.
