Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions - Why Do They Apply to Me?
The HRCA is obligated by the Community Declaration and other governing documents to enforce the covenants of the community. If a homeowner is not abiding by the covenants outlined in these documents, the Community Improvement Services Department will take the appropriate steps to bring that property into compliance.
