Elected member-volunteers make up our board of directors, and district delegates. Committees consist of member-volunteers.

Board and Delegate Election Notices

HRCA's five-member Board is elected by the District Delegates.
Elections for the open director seats are held each March.
The Board of Directors serves three-year staggered terms.
Board of Directors Applications will go live in November 2024. The deadline to submit applications will be announced after the Board approves the election dates.
For the 2025 election cycle, the District Delegates will fill two Board of Director positions.
