Does your business want to join in on the fun? Booth space is available! Please note vendors must bring a handout item for kids, ideas for this are toys/trinkets, Easter Eggs filled with a candy or a toy, bunny ears, coupons, easter baskets, etc. Bring an item that will make your booth stand out!

*Businesses must be child-related and hand out giveaway items to the guests.

*Businesses are not allowed to sell at this event. The Booth space is for promotional purposes only.

Registration Process & Deadline

Application Process:
Complete and submit the online application form to be considered as a vendor at the Highlands Ranch Easter Egg Hunt. Must be kid related organization/vendor.

Payment Note: All credit card payments are held in a 'pending' status.  Payments will only be processed upon your application being accepted for this event. If not accepted, your payment will not be processed. You will get a confirmation email when you first complete the application process, and again when your application has been approved. Applications that are approved and accepted will be charged the booth fee and no refunds, no exceptions.

Booth Information

Booth: Participation fee is $100 per booth. 

You will need to bring all of the supplies for your booth, which may include tables, chairs, tent, and miscellaneous equipment. For safety reasons if you decide to put up a 10 x 10 tent at the event, it is required that your tent be secured with appropriate weights (a minimum of 25 lbs) on each of the four corners. Any tent not properly weighted and secured will be required to be taken down. No exceptions. This is a significant safety issue as Highlands Ranch often experiences gusty winds. It is required that your tent be secured. Please do not simply rest weights on the feet of tent legs. HRCA will be checking to ensure that weights are being used. You will be held responsible for any damage your tent may cause. HRCA will not be held responsible for damage caused by your tent.

Miscellaneous Information

No Smoking:
All HRCA facilities are non-smoking environments. Please do not smoke on the premises.

Due to the fact that weather in Colorado changes so quickly, the decision and announcement to cancel an event is made as soon as possible before the event is scheduled to begin. If the HRCA cancels due to severe weather, the HRCA will make every attempt to contact you and will refund all booth fees. If the exhibitor cancels because of severe weather or any other reason, absolutely no refunds are given.
