The 2023 Hometown Holiday vendor applications go live on August 7, 2023.
Hometown Holiday: Friday, December 1, 2023, 4:30 - 7:30 p.m. Town Center South, 9288 Dorchester St. Highlands Ranch, CO 80126 The focus of the event is free food and giveaways to celebrate the spirit of the holidays. Please note vendors must bring a pre-packaged food or holiday craft item to giveaway free of charge. Hot chocolate and candy canes are very popular, so creativity counts! Bring an item that will make your booth stand out!
Please note, direct sales are not allowed on the Hometown Holiday side of this event. This side is meant as a promotional opportunity for your company.

Application Process*: Complete and submit the online application form to apply for a space at the Hometown Holiday & Winter Market Payment Note: All credit card payments are held in a 'pending' status. Payments will only be processed upon your application being accepted for the event. If not accepted, your payment will not be processed. You will get a confirmation email when you first complete the application process, and again when your application has been approved and the payment is processed. For all accepted applications, registration fees are non refundable at any time for any reason. No exceptions.
Set-up Time: Friday, December 1, 2:00 - 3:30 p.m. Please be set up and ready by 3:45 p.m. Dress warmly (lots of layers!) Dress yourself and your booth up, and get in the holiday spirit!
Unloading & Parking: You will be assigned a booth space and an area immediately next to your space for your vehicle.
Size: 10' x 10' booth Price: $100/Space for all non-Town Center Businesses and Community Partners. Booth spaces will be assigned. You will need to bring all of the supplies for your booth, which may include tables, chairs, and miscellaneous equipment and supplies. Please note: electricity is included with each booth.
Breakdown Times: Do not begin breaking down your booth prior to 7:30 p.m. in order to respect our late visitors and the other exhibitors.
No Smoking: All HRCA events are non-smoking environments. Please do not smoke on the premises. Promotion: HRCA’s Marketing efforts include advertisements in various online event calendars, the HRCA Activity Guide, HRCA Newsletters, and on the HRCA web site. Posters and flyers are posted in each of our four HRCA recreation centers and on community boards across Highlands Ranch. Signs are placed at strategic locations throughout Highlands Ranch, and the event is posted on many online calendars. Assistance: An attempt will be made to provide volunteers to help with loading and unloading, however there is no guarantee. Neither HRCA nor the volunteers will be held responsible for damaged items. We recommend you bring friends or family to load in/out and for breaks. No dollies/carts will be available to help you with load-in/out, please bring your own dollies, carts, etc. to help you bring your supplies in and out of the exhibit area. Cancellations: Due to the fact that weather in Colorado changes so quickly, the decision and announcement to cancel an event is made as soon as possible before the event is scheduled to begin. If the HRCA cancels due to severe weather, the HRCA will make every attempt to contact you and will refund all booth fees. If the exhibitor cancels because of severe weather or any other reason, absolutely no refunds are given.
