Mat Pilates is a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that focuses on your core (trunk) muscles while also training your arms and legs.
Sunrise Pilates: Energize your morning by toning, strengthening, and improving postural muscles: back, hips, and abdominals. Great for all abilities.
Pilates: Mat Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance.
Piyo: The combination on Pilates and yoga, focusing on muscular strength and toning. Great for all fitness levels.
