What is The ZONE?
The ZONE is a 45-minute high-intensity class. The workout is moderate to high-intensity and will push your exercise limits to help you reach your maximum workout effort and meet your training goals. This class can be modified for all abilities but please note that the point of the class is for a vigorous workout and may not be suitable for all participants. The classes at Southridge will be circuit-style training. The classes at Westridge will be total body, high-intensity workouts using strength equipment, TRX, and spin bikes.
