HRCA’s Senior Fitness classes and programs not only target your physical wellness but also provide social wellness, as they're a great place to meet new friends and visit with old friends. Fitness experts teach classes that focus on posture, core, strength, memory, and balance.

  • Pricing: is for the series there are no refunds or prorated pricing for missed classes.

  • Age: 18 years or older
  • Latecomers: not allowed in if arrivial is 5 minutes or more after class has started.

Group exercise class recommendations:

  • Senior Fitness: Great class for active seniors! Build strength and flexibility while increasing range of motion.
    Monday & Thursday: 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. at Northridge
  • Senior Cardio Muscle: Aerobic conditioning, strength training, and core stability training for the aging community!  The format is ever-changing!
    Tuesday: 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. at Northridge
  • Zumba Gold: Is perfect for active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba® class which recreates the original moves you love at a lower intensity. The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba® choreography which focuses on balance, range of motion, and coordination. Come ready to sweat, and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong.
    Wednesdays: 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. at Northridge

Important Class Cancellation Information:

  • To cancel a class: please email [email protected]
  • Classes must be canceled 5 hours prior to class. Any time less than that you will be charged.
  • No shows or late cancelations will be charged (either punches removed or a day taken off annual or 30-day passes).

Pickleball Information

Pickleball courts are set-up in the Northridge and Southridge gyms weekly. As the schedule is subject to change, it is important to see the Gym Schedules for when and where to play.
