HRCA Fitness offers over 100 drop-in classes weekly! Classes include Cardio, Strength, Mind-Body (Pilates, PIYO, NIA, and Barre), Zumba, STRONG Nation, Indoor Cycling, Aqua workouts, and more. These fun and affordable classes, taught by nationally certified fitness instructors, do not require you to sign-up in advance. These classes are designed to promote health and fitness for all ability levels; for age 13+. Children under 13 cannot attend regular drop-in fitness classes.
