Aqua Fitness is a great alternative, or addition, to 'land' exercise. HRCA Aqua classes focus on aerobic endurance, resistance training, in an enjoyable atmosphere.

Aqua Fitness Class Descriptions

Aqua Fitness: A moderate-level cardio aqua fitness class. Focuses on increasing heart rate and total body conditioning.  A fun, joint-friendly exercise!

Aqua Extreme: Love a hard workout but want something that is more bone and joint friendly? Change up your cardio routine and tone your muscles by working against the resistance of the water. Join me for a combo class of high intensity cardio with muscle toning.

Senior Fit Aqua: This class will help you reach your fitness goals by performing fun and energizing low impact water exercises designed to improve strength, flexibility, range of motion and endurance. All levels welcome.

Aqua Fit & Flex: Come kick, jab, run, play, and get fit in this moderate intensity, full body workout. Using the resistance of the water and the challenge of the current to improve participants strength, mobility, flexibility, and endurance all while minimizing the impact on the body. 

Aqua Zumba: An Aqua Dance Party! A safe, challenging, cardio conditioning and body toning workout. Exhilarating!

Hydro Pilates: Low impact fitness class that will burn the core while keeping you cool!

  • To cancel a class: please email [email protected]
  • Classes must canceled 5 hours prior to class. Any time less than that you will be charged.
  • No shows or late cancelations will be charged (either punches removed or a day taken off annual or 30-day passes).
