What is circuit-style training?

Circuit-style training allows individuals to target multiple muscle groups by alternating between several exercises while moving through set-up stations. Due to the quick movement from station to station with minimal rest intervals, circuit-style training allows for both an effective strength training and cardiovascular endurance workout.
