Important: include your account number on ALL payments

Balances: Zego, the online payment system, does not show current balances. Please refer to your latest statement/correspondence or email [email protected] for your current balance.

If I pay my assessment online, why do I have to pay it before the 27th of the month that it is due?

Payments are due on the 1st day of the quarter with a 30-day grace period.  To ensure no late fee is charged, receiving your payment by the 27th ensures it is processed by months end.

Note: Assessments may be paid online with Zego using a computer. Currently, paying via mobile device is not available.
