I just sold my house, when will I get my overpayment refund?

Resale paperwork is received 1-6 weeks after closing. If a refund is due, please allow us two months after close to process. If you do not have the refund within 8 weeks of closing, please email [email protected] and include the property sold address and your current contact information.

Important: include your account number on ALL payments

Balances: Zego, the online payment system, does not show current balances. Please refer to your latest statement/correspondence or email [email protected] for your current balance.

Note: Assessments may be paid online with Zego using a computer. Currently, paying via mobile device is not available.
