Invoices/Statements

I didn't receive my invoice, why was it not forwarded to my new mailing address?

All HRCA correspondence are returned to sender. If a forwarding address is included, we will send a letter to the new address requesting permission to update the accounts default mailing address. All property addresses are the default mailing address unless we receive a request in writing to update it by the property owner.

Payments

Important: include your account number on ALL payments

Balances: Zego, the online payment system, does not show current balances. Please refer to your latest statement/correspondence or email [email protected] for your current balance.
