Buying a Home?

I am a new homeowner, what do I need to know?

We typically receive/process paperwork within 1-6 weeks after closing.  If you have questions about your account information please email assessments, [email protected], for your account information.

The best place to find the most accurate information is our website www.hrcaonline.org.

Account numbers are issued once the new/resale paperwork is received/processed.  All account numbers start with CUS and contain 4 or 5 digits, example: CUS75309.

Assessment Info:
Assessments are due the 1st day of the quarter (Jan 1, Apr 1, Jul 1, Oct 1) with a 30 day grace period to pay before a 35.00 late fee is charged on the 1st day of the month following the due date.  Invoices typically go out two weeks prior to the due date. Current Assessment

Please use the following link to sign up for eStatements.  https://highlandsranch.opt-e-mail.com/signup. Please note: if you opt-in for eStatements, you will not receive a paper statement.  (Please allow 45 days after close for us to get you set up in our invoicing system before trying to sign up)

Ways to pay:

  • Mail a check to : HRCA – Assessments, 9568 University Boulevard, Highlands Ranch, CO 80126
  • Drop off your check at any of the indoor and outdoor drop boxes located at each recreation center.
  • Come by Eastridge and pay with a check or credit card (processing fee applies) at the Assessment Window
  • Call the assessment direct line, 303.471.8815, to process a payment over the phone (processing fee applies)
  • Set up bill pay through your bank.  Please make sure your account number is included.
  • Pay online with Zego (processing fee applies) https://payments.gozego.com/login/resident?vpw=1842
     - Registration / Create Account
    - Homeowner – Create Your Account
    - Search for your Property – Highlands Ranch Community Association
    - Once Highlands Ranch Community Association comes up select “This is My Property”
    - Fill in your account number, last name, email, and create a password.

We recommend dropping a check off or setting up an automatic payment through your bank or Zego (using your banking information is free, a debit or credit card has a processing fee) to avoid any processing fees.

Balances: Zego, the online payment system, does not show current balances. Please refer to your latest statement/correspondence or email [email protected] for your current balance.

Note: Assessments may be paid online with Zego using a computer. Currently, paying via mobile device is not available.
