I am planning on closing on my home the 2nd week of the quarter, do I need to pay the dues?
We recommend being current on your dues when selling your home to avoid any late fees or penalties. The status letter and closing paperwork will be received and reviewed. If a refund is due, it will be mailed with 2 months after close.
