Invoices/Statements

I just received my invoice and it is due in 10 days, why are invoices sent out so late?

In August of 2019 the Collection Policy was revised to include two late letters; offering an additional 45 days to make a payment after the month the assessment is due. Invoices cannot go out until the extra 45 days is completed and payments are processed. Invoices will be sent out between the 18th and 20th of the month prior to the due date.

Note: Payments are due on January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1 regardless if an invoice is received. Invoices are sent as a courtesy to homeowners to show their current balance.

* eStatements are sent out 4-5 days prior to paper statements.  Signup information is below.
