Fence Stain/Color FAQs

The physical appearance of a community is the first opportunity to make a positive impression and well kept streets, yards, and fences all promote a vision of community health, pride and vitality. Further, a clean and aesthetically pleasing neighborhood increases property values. To keep Highlands Ranch looking its best the fences need to be stained and maintained.

Fence Stain FAQs

What if I recently stained my fence?

If you stained your fence with an approved color, prior to June 19, 2018 you do not have to re-stain your fence until it becomes unsightly and in disrepair.  When the fence is due to be re-stained, you will need to use the new Highlands Ranch Fence Brown color.
