Who owns the fences in Highlands Ranch?

Major arterial and open space fences are owned and managed by the Highlands Ranch Metro District. More information on the Highlands Ranch Metro District Fence Program.

Residential fencing is owned and maintained by the homeowner; and needs to comply with residential fencing guidelines.
