The Highlands Ranch Community Association (HRCA) provides community leadership, architectural control and covenant enforcement, operation and maintenance of four recreation facilities, provides community events; and youth and adult sports, fitness and educational opportunities.

Beware if a solicitor shows up at your door and tells you your house is out of compliance with HRCA covenants-- they may claim you need a new roof, or that they saw a problem with the trim rotting, or landscaping issues. This is a scam. The HRCA does not go door to door, you will receive a letter if you need to bring your property into compliance.
