HRCA proudly serves Highlands Ranch by providing leadership, architectural control, covenant enforcement, community events, accounting/finance, operation and maintenance of recreation facilities, and youth, adult, and educational programming.

HRCA operates four first-class recreation facilities within Highlands Ranch, in addition to providing recreational programming for all ages and abilities.
