Backcountry Outdoor Movie Series

• Location: Backcountry Base Camp, 6005 Ron King Trail, Littleton, CO 80125
  - Despite what your GPS might tell you, you must enter Ron King Trail from Santa Fe. If your GPS tells you to go any other way, it is lying.
  - Once you are on Ron King Trail, follow the Backcountry Wilderness Area logo signs all the way to Base Camp. There will be YELLOW Movie Night signs to direct you. DO NOT enter any parking lot or driveway that isn't marked by a YELLOW sign.  
• Gates open: June & July - 7:15 p.m.*  |  August & September - 6:45 p.m.
  *DO NOT arrive before 6:45 p.m. The gates will be closed and the road is on private property. If you arrive at 6:44 p.m., 6:43 p.m., etc. you will be asked to leave and return after 6:45 p.m.
• Weather, Transfers, Refunds: If the film is canceled due to weather BEFORE the movie begins, we will transfer your tickets to a date in the future. If the film is more than 30 minutes complete, no refunds/transfers will be issued. Staff decisions are final. No refunds will be given for any other reason.

• Purchase Tickets: Purchase below (at www.hrcaonline.org/bwamovieseries) OR at any HRCA registration desk. Tickets can be purchased up until the start of the movie. 
• Price: Tickets are $25 PER CAR
• Dates: Public movies are held every Friday night from June 3 through September 2 along with Saturday, July 16.
• All movie nights are open to the public.
• No dogs or pets are allowed at Backcountry Base Camp.
• This is NOT a drive-in. Guests park their cars and walk a very short distance. You should bring camp chairs and blankets to enjoy the movie. 
• This is not a drop-off opportunity. All guests must have a vehicle to enter in the case of inclement weather or an emergency. 

Book a private movie night for your next summer evening gathering...the party starts one hour before sunset and you can bring in food! The choice of movie is up to you (with staff approval). 

Pricing: 
Sunday-Thursday nights: $250 (up to 50 people), $400 (50-150 people)
Saturday nights: $400 (up to 50 people), $600 (50-150 people)
   Note: There is a maximum of 45 vehicles allowed to park on-site each night.
