Specialty Fitness

Specialty and Mind Body fitness includes a series of classes such as Adult Modified Yoga for Health Conditions, Ageless Grace, and Impact Kickboxing. The series consists of a weekly class for four-weeks, and run monthly, with the exception of our workshops. These are priced separately from the Drop-in Fitness classes. Backcountry Yoga Series

Ages: 18-99

 

Invite fresh air and wild scenery into your practice at the Backcountry Yoga Summer Series. Meet us at Backcountry Base Camp—with your mat—before we make a short trek to an ideal outdoor yoga spot. The one-hour session, taught by an HRCA fitness instructor, is perfect for those new and seasoned yoga lovers alike.
Location: Backcountry Wilderness Area, Base Camp
Time: Saturday, 8:00 - 9:30 a.m.
